RESERVATION POLICY

- Prices are in AMERICAN DOLLARS

-Prices are person

- To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required and must be paid to confirm the reservation.

- If the reservation is made 10 days or less from the beginning of the program must be paid in full.

- Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

- All reservations must be paid in full at least 10 days before the start of our services.

- PEVolunteer is not responsible for lost or stolen items in any of our tours, programs or accommodations.

-ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE DONE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR PAYPAL.

NOTES

- Service is subject to variation without prior notice, due to weather issues (rains, overflows, etc.), strikes and / or demonstrations and any other event that does not allow the normal development of the program.

- Any cancellation of the service for the reasons indicated, no refund applies.

- The Itinerary may vary at the discretion of the PEVolunteer, always to guarantee the safety of the participant and the best development of the service in its entirety.

- If participants decide to leave before the end of the service, there will be no refund for it.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

- All cancellations 30 days or less before the start of our services will be charged 100% and, therefore, are not refundable or transferable.

- Cancellations due to medical reasons can be reimbursed up to 50% on the receipt, by email, of a verification signed by the client's doctor. Less payment costs (PayPal / Card 6%)

- Travel services canceled between 60 to 31 days before the start of the program are reimbursable up to 50% less payment costs (PayPal / Card 6%)

- Deposits are not refundable or transferable at all time.
